Firearms and Self Defense
Houdini Holster – Breakout 2.0

This is THE holster we recommend for anyone who chooses to carry a concealed firearm for self defense. We know people get pretty attached to their gear. Everyone has personal preferences and it’s pretty hard to convince anyone to try anything new or out of the ordinary. We get it, this is the one thing many people know might be their last resort when it comes to defending themselves and/or their family, and it NEEDS to be trustworthy. We felt the same way, but for the price, we were willing to give it a try. The number one attraction to this holster was the functionality. For those who train in both hands on self defense and firearms, the reality of Close Quarters Combat quickly becomes a focus of conversation. We train to use our hands and our tools in the most efficient way possible. From a close quarters or grappling situation, could you still draw your firearm if necessary? Most people have a grandiose concept of what a real self defense situation might look like, when the reality is anything but. This holster will allow you to access your firearm in situations when most other holsters would leave you helpless. We strongly suggest you give this a try and if you are wanting more training, see us for options in Extreme Close Quarters Self Defense Education.

Steelworx Stainless Steel Snap Caps – For Dry Fire Training
Any good firearms instructor would tell you that Dry Fire is one of the best ways to increase your level of shooting. Snap caps allow you hours of training without having to worry about damage to your firing system. These are also great on the range. Have someone load some into a magazine for your live fire training and train your misfires and malfunctions in a live setting when seconds really count. These are a must have for anyone who is a firearms or self defense enthusiast.
D Wipe – Lead Removing Skin Towels

These are a no brainer for anyone who chooses to practice with firearms. After Shooting on the range, a competition, cleaning your firearm, or even dry fire practice, this is what you need to use. D Wipe Lead Removing wipes safely remove lead from your hands, face and other skin surfaces. Lead poisoning is one of those overlooked risks of training with a firearm. Many people will go to the range, Dry Fire, or even clean their firearm and then proceed to grab a bite to eat, rub their face, or use their phone after a less than effective hand wash. D Wipes remove not only lead but many other toxic metals from your skin and should be used prior to hand washing. Especially useful at an outdoor range, when access to soap and water may not be a reality, these are something everyone should have in their range bag and/or car. Toxins are everywhere and while we may be training to defend ourselves from visible threats, we don’t want to forget about all the invisible risks associated with living in the world today.
