CUE: Controlling the Unknown Encounter

Foundational personal safety training focused on recognition and early decision-making.

CUE is an introductory course designed to help participants recognize potential problems early, establish boundaries, and make sound decisions in uncertain situations. The focus is on awareness, positioning, communication, and movement — giving people tools to manage situations before they escalate.

CUE is appropriate for all experience levels and serves as the entry point for Twisted Fitness personal safety training.

C.H.A.O.S: Close Quarters High Adrenaline Offense Systems

Progressive training for unavoidable, high-stress, close-range situations

CHAOS is a multi-level personal safety curriculum focused on performance when avoidance is no longer an option. Training emphasizes movement, positioning, pressure, and decisive action under adrenaline in close-quarters environments.
Built for individuals who want to deepen their ability to function under stress, CHAOS develops physical and mental performance through layered instruction and increasing complexity across levels.

FIREARM EDUCATION & LEGAL TRAINING

Responsible Use, Legal Context, and Skill Development

Firearm education at Twisted Fitness is built around a progression. The courses below represent our core, publicly scheduled offerings — designed to establish safe handling, legal understanding, and foundational skills.

From there, training becomes increasingly individualized based on experience, goals, and context.

Handgun Basics

An introductory, hands-on course covering safe handling, operation, and fundamental skills for handgun use. Instruction focuses on safety, proper setup, and core techniques to build confidence, accuracy, and responsible ownership. This class includes live fire on a range.

Wisconsin CCW and Home Defense

A legally focused course covering Wisconsin concealed carry requirements, use-of-force considerations, and responsible decision-making for personal and home defense. Instruction emphasizes legal context, safe handling, and practical considerations for everyday carry and home protection

Defensive Shooting Fundamentals

An intermediate course focused on applying shooting fundamentals in defensive contexts. Instruction emphasizes accuracy, control, and decision-making under increased stress, while reinforcing safe handling and responsible use within a personal safety framework.

Firearms Fundamentals

A comprehensive introductory course covering safe firearm handling, basic operation, and core shooting fundamentals across common firearm types. Designed for all experience levels, this class builds foundational knowledge, confidence, and responsible firearm use through guided instruction and hands-on practice.

EMERGENCY AND MEDICAL PREPAREDNESS

Immediate Care When Seconds Matter

Knowing how to respond after an incident is a critical part of personal safety.

Stop The Bleed

A hands-on emergency response course focused on recognizing life-threatening bleeding and taking immediate action to control it. Participants learn practical techniques to respond effectively in critical situations before professional help arrives.

CPR and First Aid

A Red Cross Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED certification course delivered through a blended learning format. Participants complete an online component followed by an in-person skills session to demonstrate CPR, AED, and first aid techniques for adults, children, and infants. Successful completion results in a two-year certification.
