Whether your goal is to get stronger, learn self-defense, compete, or improve your overall health, this membership lets you take advantage of every opportunity under one roof. *Extra Equipment purchases may be necessary for certain programs, contact us for more details.

Gym Only Access provides unlimited use of our complete fitness facility, including strength equipment, free weights, cardio machines, and functional training areas. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose weight, improve athletic performance, or simply stay active, you'll have everything you need to succeed at Twisted Fitness.
Kids BJJ Membership
Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Our Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is designed to help children build confidence, discipline, respect, leadership, and resilience in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Through engaging classes, students develop coordination, balance, and fitness while learning valuable self-defense skills and important life lessons. Whether your child is shy, energetic, or looking for a positive challenge, our experienced instructors help every student grow both on and off the mats. *FREE Alliance Team uniform for new students.
