Mata Leao Fundamentals
If you are new to CrossFit, this is the perfect starting point for you. When you decide to join our program, you will receive 4 one on one session s with a CrossFit trainer to help assess your strengths, weaknesses, and goals. You along with your trainer, will walk through what skills are necessary and you will learn techniques for training in the Mata Leao CrossFit classes. Once you have completed the 4 fundamental sessions, you will then join the Mata Leao Group Classes.
Mata Leao Group Classes
Mata Leao Group classes are structured with small groups in mind. You will receive coaching from one of our trainers as you work on Weightlifting, Metabolic Conditioning, and Cardiovascular Endurance. Each Session will end with a Work Out of the Day (WOD) The WOD is conducted in the group environment with everyone cheering and encouraging each other to complete the workout and push themselves.
Mata Leao Free Class
The Mata Leao free class is a “trail” class for first time members. Whether you are new to CrossFit or just to Mata Leao, we want you to come in and try out a free workout with us. This class must be scheduled a head of time online or at our front desk. Come try oput a class with us and see what all the hype is about!
